1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://piltoverarchive.com and all associated services (collectively, the "Service") provided by STGMNN Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), operating Piltover Archive ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service or contact us to request deletion.

3. Use of the Service
Permitted Use:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. This includes creating, saving, managing, and optionally sharing your decks.
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.
Prohibited Use:
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in any illegal activities or promoting illegal acts.
- Posting, uploading, or transmitting any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, or any other type of malicious code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Using automated systems (e.g., robots or spiders) to overload or scrape the Service.
- Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content:
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, and any intellectual property rights therein (excluding User-Generated Content as defined below), is the property of STGMNN Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Riot Games Assets and Legal Jibber Jabber:
Piltover Archive was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.
User-Generated Content (Your Decks):
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in the content you create and submit to the Service, including your deck lists, descriptions, and associated materials ("User-Generated Content").
License Grant to Us: By submitting User-Generated Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User-Generated Content in connection with the Service and our business. This license continues only for as long as your content remains publicly available on the Service or is required for technical operation.
Representations & Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to publish and use the User-Generated Content as authorized in these Terms.
Content Removal: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Reporting Illegal Content (DSA Art. 16): Anyone — whether or not a registered user — may notify us of content on the Service believed to be illegal under EU or German law via our Report Illegal Content page. We will acknowledge receipt of valid notices, review them in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner, and inform both the notifier and (where applicable) the affected user of our decision and the reasons for it, as required by Articles 16 and 17 of the EU Digital Services Act.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Any content provided on the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by German law, STGMNN Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health, or liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under mandatory German or EU law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content posted by you.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lübeck, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
9. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service.
Severability:
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver:
Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
