What this is for
Use this page to notify us of specific content on Piltover Archive that you believe is illegal under EU or German law — for example user-submitted decks, descriptions, images, or other user-generated content that infringes copyright, contains hate speech, constitutes defamation, glorifies violence, or violates other applicable law.
For matters that are not about illegal content (e.g. account questions, bug reports, partnership inquiries) please use our Help & Contact page instead. For breaches of our Terms of Service that are not unlawful, please report via [email protected].
How to submit a valid notice
Send an e-mail to [email protected] including all of the following information, as required by Article 16(2) DSA:
- Exact URL(s) of the specific content you are reporting.
- A substantiated explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal, ideally with reference to the specific law that is violated.
- Your name and e-mail address, so we can acknowledge receipt and communicate our decision. (Notices regarding offences under Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU — in particular sexual exploitation of minors — may be submitted anonymously.)
- A good-faith statement confirming that the information and allegations in your notice are, to your best knowledge, accurate and complete.
To make this easier, you can use the pre-filled e-mail template below. It contains all the required fields — just fill them in and send.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge receipt of your notice without undue delay to the e-mail address you provide.
- We will review the notice in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. Depending on the complexity of the case, this may take a few days.
- We will inform you of our decision by e-mail, including a statement of reasons and information on available redress options.
- If we decide to remove or restrict access to the reported content, we will also notify the user who submitted that content of our decision and the reasons for it (Art. 17 DSA).
We may, in accordance with applicable law, forward notices and related information to competent authorities where we suspect a serious criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person (Art. 18 DSA).
Misuse of the notice mechanism
Knowingly submitting false or misleading notices may itself be unlawful and may result in legal consequences for the submitter, as well as in restrictions on your ability to use this Service.
