Jinx Fast + Spell counter to Ramping builds

Mainly looking to accelerate early with Merchant, Chompers, and Deckhands. You want to hold Battlefields to start by using disrupting spells like falling star, hextech ray, and fight or flight to prevent them from moving to conquer the battle fields. Around when you have 5 points they will have ramped and you need to start saving units from dying. Recall them to base and build up Jinx and other units that can re-conquer a base to prepare for end game holding. Side board is mainly to counter Kaisa and Aurora build.
