Budget Kai'sa Combo

Kai'sa Combo deck using Promising Future to cheat out big units like Volibear or Kadregrin, with Thundersong you can also stop your opponent from getting the Card from Promising Future. Blue Kai'sa helps with the kombos and can recycle Promising Future from trash if it was used for the get excited. Red Kai'sa can work but blue seems more consistant at pulling of the combo lines more often, but sometimes you lack the draw so it's up to you.
