MindI'm not gonna pretend like Viktor is best in format and this version of the deck is mostly just trying to be Kai'sa, but I really enjoy playing him and I thought I'd share my thoughts on this archetype. Always pick to go first no matter what. Try to conquer with as little resources as possible and do not worry too much about holding. You ideally want to sit around 6-8 runes minimum but never miss out on points from not recycling below that. Try to always mulligan for a two-drop, especially with 3 runes for the two-drop / token start. Also look for at least one midgame unit and a finishing card, or just fill your hand with draw support. Start with Trifarian, then if you win go Vilemaw and if you lose go Arena and pick first. * Also get creative with your hidden cards and mess around :p
