The core strategy revolves around surviving the early onslaught by leveraging Might reduction from your Legend and champion. You will use efficient removal like Fox-Fire and reactive spells played from hand or HIDDEN to generate tempo swings. The new addition, Viktor, Innovator, is a cornerstone of this plan, generating a defensive wall of Recruit tokens every time you interact on your opponent's turn. Card advantage is paramount, achieved through Consult the Past, Watchful Sentry, and powerful engines like Mushroom Pouch. The win conditions are flexible: overwhelming the board with protected finishers like Yasuo, Remorseful, or creating a soft-lock with a protected Ahri, Alluring to win through passive point generation. Early Game Your primary goal is survival and setup. Mulligan for early plays like Watchful Sentry and Clockwork Keeper. Prioritize hiding key reactive cards like Fox-Fire or Zhonya's Hourglass. This sets up future turns and enables engines like Mushroom Pouch. Use Stupefy to cycle and disrupt early attackers, and save Defy for a crucial spell. Your aim is to reach turn 4 with a stable board and a full hand of options. Mid Game This is where you take control. Deploying Viktor, Innovator is a key priority. Once he is on the board, every REACTION or HIDDEN spell you play will also generate a blocker, solidifying your defense. Use Fox-Fire to answer developed boards, and Wind Wall to counter game-changing spells. Yasuo, Remorseful comes down as a major threat that also acts as removal. At the end of your opponent's turn, with mana open, casting Consult the Past from HIDDEN for free, drawing two cards and generating a Recruit token with Viktor, is a game-winning sequence. Late Game In the late game, your value engines should have buried the opponent. Wraith of Echoes and Viktor, Innovator will provide a steady stream of cards and blockers. Your primary win condition is now deploying Ahri, Alluring and protecting her at all costs with your counter-spells and Zhonya's Hourglass. Each turn she survives on a held battlefield is another point towards victory. If the board becomes unmanageable, Unchecked Power is your reset button. This updated version of the deck is even more resilient and capable of generating overwhelming value as the game progresses.
