Adding Vex in the current meta is very strong, especially considering you can gain 1 rune and 1 Power Rebuke. I kept Sneaky in the deck because in some matchups starting the game 2–0 for free can be extremely powerful. Since we are beginning the game with 3 runes, it also makes the card more viable. If you don’t like running Sneaky, you could instead add back Charm, Defy, and Zhonya’s. In certain matchups, such as Kai’Sa, you would likely side deck Sneaky out anyway.
