CalmIdea is to ramp to mid game relying on either Herald or Not So Fast to accelerate your dragons to the field. The list opts for no whiteflame due to the pricing, but this could easily be subbed in for Lee and a Desert drake to have more power. Seals are also optional, but are pretty nice to avoid over recycling for spells. Sideboard could have the new 5 might spell, needs tearing.
