MindVanguard Armory likes to get ramped into. Le Blanc plays good early game ramp units that can ramped up even more with karthus and the legend. We happen to be yellow blue and Vanguard armory also works well with Jayce so we throw him in. The only other good Jayce target is the new Shard of Undoing which I've never seen but synergizes with with Le Blanc so we throw that in there too. Then we need some gold generation to help set up Jayce. Forge of the future is a turn 1 gear that not only makes a body and sets up for Jayce, but Le Blanc is the only legend I'd ever considered running trash recycle to avoid potential burn out.
