This Annie deck is something you won’t see in the current meta – but it’s a blast to play and has surprising potential if piloted well. The core idea is to maximize value from runes returned by your Legend, turning them into constant pressure and awkward trades for your opponent. The deck runs three main threats: 3x Kai’Sa – consistent pressure and scaling threat 3x Phoenix – the heart of your midgame grind 3x Vi – late-game closer with explosive potential Your game plan is to pressure early, forcing your opponent into bad trades against Phoenix and other threats by reinforcing them with damage and movement spells. Once you reach 6 points, you unlock a deadly 2-card combo: Vi + Ride the Wind. This finisher is almost unstoppable in the late game, ending matches out of nowhere. It’s not the strongest into certain matchups (looking at you, Sett…), but it’s unique, fun, and rewards creative play.
