The early game is dedicated to survival, board control, and resource acceleration. Use cards like Clockwork Keeper and Meditation to cycle through your deck, and Catalyst of Aeons to ramp your available runes. The objective is to deploy your win condition, Lee Sin, Ascetic, as early as possible. Once on the board, protect him at all costs using reaction spells like Discipline and Defy, and gear like Spirit's Refuge. Use the Legend's ability and Lee Sin's own ability to continuously buff him, turning him into an unstoppable force. Use Dragon's Rage and Challenge to clear the opponent's most significant threats, opening the way for your massive champion to conquer battlefields and secure victory points. Mulligan: Your ideal opening hand contains a mix of early-game consistency, ramp, and interaction. Prioritize keeping Catalyst of Aeons or Clockwork Keeper. A copy of Lee Sin, Ascetic is an excellent keep if you also have a clear path to ramping into him. Meditation is always a good keep for card flow. Against aggressive decks, keeping cheap interaction like Charm or Challenge is crucial. You should mulligan away multiple expensive cards (Dragon's Rage, duplicate Lee Sin copies) if you don't have the ramp to support them. Early Game (Turns 1-3): Your focus is on setup. Play your resource-generating gear (Seal of Strength, Seal of Focus) if you have them. Use Clockwork Keeper or Meditation to draw cards and find your key pieces. Deploy small units like Pit Rookie to contest the board. Use Catalyst of Aeons as soon as possible to accelerate your rune count. Only use interaction like Charm or Challenge on high-priority threats that disrupt your plan. Mid Game (Turns 4-6): This is where the deck pivots from setup to execution. Your primary goal is to cast Lee Sin, Ascetic. Once he is on the battlefield, he becomes the focal point of your strategy. Begin buffing him every turn with your Legend's ability. Keep mana open for protection spells like Defy and Discipline. Use Dragon's Rage to create massive tempo swings by removing two enemy units. Start using your empowered Lee Sin to attack and pressure battlefields. Late Game (Turns 7+): By this stage, a well-protected Lee Sin, Ascetic should be a colossal threat with immense might. Your game plan is to close out the game. Use his overwhelming power to conquer battlefields consistently, scoring points each turn. Continue to protect him, as he is your primary path to victory. The resource advantage gained from Targon's Peak or the card selection from The Candlelit Sanctum should help you maintain control and overwhelm any remaining resistance from your opponent.
