TL;DR: 🥷🐀5️⃣📞😈 🟩 TESTED - Works wonderfully 11th August Added Blue Staples!! Watcher is crazy, sprite mother is super fast. Enjoy! 21st July 2025 - Big update! -1 Windswept Hillock +1 Hollowed Tomb -3 Ravenbloom Student +3 Tideturner -2 Ava Achiever +2 Ember Monk -1 Gust -1 Cemetary Attendant -1 Blastcone Fae +3 Stacked Deck -3 Ahri, Inquisitive +3 Mushroom Pouch ----- Pre-Origin Full Release -3 Gemcraft Seer +3 Kog Maw Further Conq power!!! Holds amazingly, we just need more offense tbh Updated 10th July -3 Kogmaw +2 Ava Achiever +1 Blastcone Fae Re-adjusting the offensive power into Ava Achiever, kog maw moved to side for swarm decks. Updated 9th July (2) -2 Viktor -1 Blastcone Fae +3 Ahri (Blue) Viktor too useless in Hold matchups. Updated 9th July -2 Garbage Grabber -1 Viktor +3 Kog'Maw, Caustic Garbage Grabber is too slow, 2 total Viktor is fine. The issue rn with the deck is that it can't conquer amazingly but can hold like a beast, and so against other very fast decks it will end up in a match where both players hold a battlefield and never do anything to each other, in which your only hope is to get a lucky nocturne. Since the priority doesn't pass to you, you won't be able to use Teemos or spells freely for Viktor, making him good in most positions but useless in your worst one (which will be common). Kog Maw bolsters the strength of your conquers giving you Fight or Flight + Kog Maw for offensive power. -1 Void Gate +1 Windswept Hillock Since you are so strong at holding, getting ganking will only give you an advantage here, since ganking is just giving you Teemo procs anyway. Alternatively "The Grand Plaza" is up for consideration to force your opponents to do something about you, but currently we run too little units for this to be effective. Updated 8th July -3 Stupify +3 Fight or Flight Insane card for protecting teemo and it counts as a hidden making him even stronger. Hidden or used as an action, defencively, offensively or just chilling in deck, this is suuuuch a strong addition to the deck. Updated 4th July -3 Watchful Sentry -1 Rebuke +3 Ravenbloom Student +1 Garbage Grabber This deck is excellent at holding with teemo's extremely powerful effect, because of this, watchful sentry is likely to sit at a battlefield wasting his deathkneel. With 2 might at the start, Ravenbloom Student is a little bit tankier (for things like flurry of blades), and gets stronger with the decks many spells. Rebuke was only really late game, at which you should have flipped a billion teemos, got viktor/seer going, garbage grabber is recycling fallen good boys and nightmares. Don't think you have much to worry about here. Updated: 1st July 2025 (2) -1 Guerilla Warfare -1 Teemo (Purple) -3 Kog'Maw -3 Morbid Return +1 Rebuke +1 Garbage Grabber +3 Stupify +1 Viktor +1 Gemstone Seer +1 Blaststcone Fae Blastcone fae is better than Teemo as it can be used aggressively. As pointed out by @saintauz , kog maw was a late game combo unsuited for a early/mid game deck. This had to go unfortunely, as cool as it was (my bias was clouding my judgement). Morbid return was a little bit of "new shiny toy" syndrome, its not actually that useful, much more useful was upping the Viktor/Seer package to absolutely dominate in the mid game (And what Blue Viktor is complete without 3x Stupify of course) Garbage grabber is a useful card but not in early/early-mid game and with a tendancy to lean away from mulligans in this deck I want to keep it at low copies. 1 will be fine for now. Rebuke is an even more useful card but its high power cost makes me uncomfortable with playing it early/mid game. It is nice to have an out to things when needed in case things go wrong of course, testing at 1 for now. Recursion in this deck still stands very high with 3 cemetary attendant, but now with no kog maw, it'll probably be adding back a teemo. This touches on the space that Guerilla Warfare was taking up so I dropped a copy to remove redundancy. Maybe one day a new signature spell will come out for teemo we can play one of haha, we can hope. Mystic Poro vs Travelling Merchant I prefer Mystic Poro for the following use case: - Turn 1 Teemo - Turn 2 Move Teemo to conquer a battlefield, play Mystic Poro from hand - Bounce + Hide the teemo This use case expands to not just "Mystic Poro is the draw for turn at the start of the 2nd turn" but the same logic applies if you already control a battlefield. With how strong this deck is at holding, that will be the case a lot of the time Plus, obvious vision synergy here (Can guarantee Teemo hits a Hidden if you peak it off hidden, or increase the chances of a good hit via recycling) However! I do completely agree that in the opening turn, Travelling Merchant is a fantastic card and is much better than Mystic Poro. With how little I mulligan, how much I want to honestly avoid card draw to stop me drawing into Nocturnes and only 1 garbage collector to recycle dead cards this is the best configuration. I do also understand that Travelling Merchant can get rid of dead Nocturnes for potentially useful cards but for now, nah. Win fast, win hard, deal with the bricks I guess lol. Still testing and taking everyones ideas into account. :) I like a lot of people's takes on this and love the feedback. Anyway, thanks guys! Luxren, Hferyoa, Saintauz and PochiPoom so far especially. (Shoutouts at the end too) Updated: 1st July 2025 -1 Gemstone Seer -2 Pack of Wonders -3 Stupify +3 Mystic Poro +3 Morbid Return Pack of Wonders is a great card for the infinite kog loop but that's a late game strategy which may never come to pass. It's also a card that does very little on play, being able to bounce teemos is nice but its definitely not worth holding the deck space for something like Mystic Poro. Gemstone Seer also taken from 3x to 2x, so the deck can focus more on its early game power. Morbid Return fills the gap pack of wonders did with the flexibility to add kog maw back. Stupify is an amazing card, I absolutely agree but it doesn't further the game plan and is anti-synergistic. You could argue that its nice being able to have so many vision effects and then draw what you want, but its also always a risk of drawing Nocturne which is a terrible draw. This deck now has 9 total cards (3 Guirilla warfare, 3 cemetary attendant, 3 morbid return) to get your teemo back from the trash. Make sure to hold one of these in your hand. The early game power is nice, allowing you to play more freely with your energy. Runes are staying as they are for now, even though 5 Chaos, 7 Mind would make sense for the 3:4 ratio, teemo being your champion skews this. It means you really want more Mind to make sure you can drop him turn 1 if you need to. Note: As pointed out by hferyoa, 9 may begin to clog on recursion. But thats now up to personal preference, I prefer with more recursion options for the gurantee that teemo (at minimum) will be able to be added back, others may prefer variety in their plays. Or some may even just love the infinite maw bomb. Choice is yours :) Updated: 30th June 2025 Consideration for Annie / Flash Annie would be nice for adding back guirilla warfare and flash would be nice to dodge removal. In addition, you could time it well with Teemo so you could use the teemo effect in the first focus of the showdown and then flash in the second to retain Teemos. At the moment though, there's not really a place for it but could be a tempting offer if more things come out. The kog'maw engine would most likely be cut but considering how strong it is, that would take a lot. No changes, but... interesting. Updated: 28th June 2025 REMOVED Back Alley Bar ADD The Candlit Sanctum REMOVED Obelisk of Power ADDED Void Gate (for Teemo synergy) Even more vision! Woo! The game plan is simple. Teemo sees 5 cards, if he sees a nocturne you're in a crazy good position. We need to actually be able to hide him first so you have some great early drops in the deck. Plus, you can use Viktor to trigger Vision Synergy Alternatively: Infinite maw bomb using Kogmaw, Pack of Wonders and Attendant Game plan: Teemo, Strategist is your champion Turn 1: Play a 2 energy unit (Can be watchful sentry or Teemo Champion) Turn 2: Move the 2 energy unit to take a battlefield Tap Teemo legend to add Teemo to hand, hide teemo onto the battlefield OR Play Teemo to controlled battlefield to hold (Do not do into Fury or Chaos decks, too much removal, safer as a hidden). During opponents turn, flip Teemo if you hid him and need to. Hold for points. While you do that, you're going to be setting up either: Kog'maw + Pack of Wonders + Attendent (OLD BUILD) And/Or Gem + Viktor for tokens when you use gust/stupify/hiddens - Correction, Gem + Viktor is for sure the vibe.
