A deck made as a submission to the Gen Con deckbuilding forum. The deck is based around a "five-stack" in League of Legends, with Darius being Top, Karthus being Jungle, Lux being Mid, Draven being ADC, and Leona being Bot. It's made primarily for play in a Free-For-All, but it works okay in a 1v1 too. The goal of the deck is to try to rack up points quickly by playing strong cards early using Darius' Legend, and then use those points to make Draven strong. Darius is used to get early points for Draven by coming in ready. Lux can cheat out spells that will help Draven end the game, like Firestorm and Divine Judgement, While Leona serves to help him get onto a battlefield against tall matchups that avoid our low damage removal. Karthus is used as a backup to avoid getting focused down by single target removal and can occasionally cheat out a lot of mana early with a Soaring Scout. For the sake of making this deck more Free-For-All viable, I've included cards like Vengeance, Imperial Decree, and Divine Judgement to help control players who get too far ahead, but also just because I wanted to use this opportunity to let some cards that see very little play get used in a more casual environment. I hope this deck makes the cut! Feel free to try it out with some friends.
