**On Azir in general** I think we really need to see where a non chinese meta lands to decide actually how good Azir is. Testing seems to be an uphill struggle against fast aggro decks and massed removal (and draven is at the top of that imo which makes sense why they wouldn't use the slower GAzir). I've had some very easy games and some very difficult games with a bunch of builds so I'd say that he is middle of the road at the moment. On the upside, the Blue Victor matchup is laughably easy because its built to kill aggro but simply can't keep up with Soldiers. **Why the seals?** When you actually read his effect, Green Azir is actually fantastic. His main actual issue especially into the draven meta is that he is both too slow and power intensive to keep up. Azir doesn't really have any issues with mana with the majority cards being relatively cheap but running the seals solves the power issue by having free resources to pay for Azir's ability, all the cancels, and attach costs of the green equipment (the most important for Azir himself being GA and Brutaliser). There is also a good chunk of hidden in this deck which benefits from free placement. So far it's working great. The sideboard basically turns it into a different deck completely for some matchups. We are still working through exactly what those matchups are but from testing running the YAzir, Cull the Weak and Grand Stratagem makes the Blue Victor game real easy as you tend to generate more tokens then that deck does at double their might.
