This deck doesn't care if it goes first or second. When going first your ideal start is to have a void hatchling in your opening hand. If you don't you can also float a rune for a seal and then play noxus hopeful turn 1. Going second you have a lot of different options. You can open with a noxus hopeful play, bring in your chosen champ rek sai, or just play a void hatchling. This depends on the matchup. I wouldn't recommend playing rek sai on your first turn if you are playing against a deck running falling star. You early gameplan is to simply get a ton of units out and overwhelm your oppenent with points triggering your legend as much as possible. Late game you want to get a karma out and use the legend ability to get buffs on basically all of your units. You can play an in and out strategy to score points, but you also have the option to build up a battlefield with sett kingpin and a bunch of buffed units. You have react speed units in rengar and shen that can act offensively or defensively which can fix a lot of combats. Overall you have a ton of units that are powerful and cheap, but you don't have very many kill spells other than your 2 hiddens. So you have to be careful how you use your units and play around janna's in green or fight or flights in purple.
