Generally always start Vilemaw If you are going 1st round 2, then grove If you are going 2nd round 2, then obelisk SB Plans If it is a purple deck with a mundo or a Vi, you need Rune Prisons to stop it from happening. I'd take out Clockwork for those rune prisons or First Mate. Same thing for Kai'sa with Thousand tail, except you can blot their whole turn with an unyielding spirit. Save wind walls for important spells or tiebreakers that you feel are important enough to rationalize. If low on deadblooms, you can technically swap for carnivorous snapvine, but deflect makes deadbloom a good card into other decks whilst snapvine doesn't have that. You have poor-decent matchups into yellow decks because they either have a good way to deal with your one thing, or just trade with it very efficiently. For example, if you have obelisk into catalyst into deadbloom, you are blown out by a cull the weak, unless you have multiple units to play after the deadbloom dies. Whiteflame can come in for longer matchups or matchups vs dazz aurora, where you need the extra might to push over the stack of things. However dazz aurora matchup is only capable of being won if you pluck dazz before they get to play it. It is very hard to fight dazz aurora without your own dazz aurora.
