Ive been playtesting alot of different versions of ezrael and i feel like the biggest issue has always been that the purple side of the deck costs to much power and its alot harder to get deeper into your runes and get to the point where you can play your big units/spells like watcher and still be able to keep up interactions after. So the whole theory behind the list is to play as many no powercost low to the ground cards as possible like ravenbloom student, plundering poro, lecturing yordle and cardsharp with cheap interaction that also is free to take the tempo of the game and smoothly transition into later stages where you get to close out the game with your bigger cards. I was looking at 4 drops that did not cost power and thats when i landed on twisted fate, being a 4c 4 might for no power is already a good statline, but together with the effect of getting to draw a card every time it attacks it fits ezrael perfect. The downside is that you only need to play blue power cards but as i said before, in testing the good purple cards in my opinion costs to much power. The reason the purple ezrael is in the championzone is because i think the blue one is just not that good. There is 8 ways to generate gold in the deck so if you have a spot where you want to play your champion unit you will most likely have a gold open to crack to play it. Overall the deck has felt good when testing and the list will be subject to change as the meta develops :) Battlefields: Game one: Zaun warrens Going first: Ravenbloom Going second: Reavers row
